Projects
Over the course of our 15 years of operation we have successfully completed numerous projects from Malibu to Santa Monica and from Brentwood to Westlake Village. These projects have ranged in size from smaller residential contracts to multi-million dollar commercial developments. Here we showcase a sampling of our more recent contracts, which will be updated on a regular basis.

3649 Kanan Road, Agoura Hills
Modular Show Home: On this project we contracted for the site development, which included rough grading, excavation, fine grading, hillside construction, foundations, stem wall construction, slab on grade, driveways, drainage, retaining walls, hardscaping, decking, site and services and all areas of project management and general contracting.

21683 Saddlepeak Road, Topanga
Private Residence: In partnership with the General Contractor, we successfully completed the following scope of work. Grading and Excavation, drilling for friction piles, deep foundation excavation, vertical cuts, final site slopes, pad elevations, compaction, site cut and fill material balance, form work, setting of anchor hardware, poured in place retaining walls and free standing walls, slab on grade and trowel finish.
